PDF Ola provides digital PDF tools and online services. Since our products are digital, returns do not apply in the same way as physical goods.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered if a paid feature does not work as expected, if you were charged by mistake, or if there is a verified billing issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available after successful use of premium tools, downloads, completed PDF processing, or AI usage that has already been consumed.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid plan according to the payment provider checkout and subscription management options. After cancellation, paid access may remain active until the end of the current billing period.
